What to expect

We’d love you to celebrate with us at Willow Creek Barn. The ceremony is in the garden under the old oak, then drinks on the lawn, dinner in the barn and dancing until late. Dress code: garden formal, with comfortable shoes for the grass. Children are very welcome, and there’s a quiet corner with games for the little ones.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No. Show the QR code on your phone, or just tell us the six-digit code. Any one code from your email brings up everyone you registered.

Can I change or cancel my registration?

Yes — use the link in your confirmation email to cancel a place, or reply to that email and we’ll help.

Is there parking?
Free parking beside the barn. A shuttle leaves Healdsburg Plaza at 2:15 PM and brings everyone back at 11:00 PM.

Will there be food?
Yes: drinks and canapés on the lawn, a three-course dinner, and cake. Choose your dinner and tell us about allergies on the form, and we'll pass it all to the caterer.
What should I wear?
Garden formal. The ceremony is on the grass, so leave the stilettos at home.
Are children welcome?
Very. Register them with their age, so the caterer can plan their plates.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Your invitation says who's included. Please register only those names, so we can save everyone a seat.
Is there a gift registry?
Your being there is the gift. If you'd like to give something more, there's a card box at the entrance
